PaperWise Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy applies to all registration fees through PaperWise.
In order to cancel registration, submit cancellation in writing via mail, e-mail,
or fax. In the event of cancellation, you will receive 50% of your paid fees.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2008.
Hotel Registration
Green Valley Ranch Resort offers the following Exclusive PaperWise Summit room rates
for Summit attendees:
- Single/ Double: $199.00
- Executive Suite: $350.00 weekdays, $450.00 weekends
- Grand Suite: $500.00 weekdays, $600.00 weekends
- Tuscany Suite: $900.00 weekdays, $1,000.00 weekends
Booking Reservations
To receive the Summit room rates, inform the Green Valley Ranch associate that you
are with the PaperWise Summit or use the conference code, GCIPAPR. Space is limited.

To secure a reservation, submit a credit card number and a deposit of one
night’s room rate plus tax.

Remember to give the PaperWise Summit Conference Code when making your reservation.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out in the event that you fail to
identify your affiliation when you book your reservation.

Book as soon as possible. Space is limited. To receive the exclusive
PaperWise Summit room rate, reservations should be made by October 10, 2008.

After this date, all other reservations or changes to existing reservations
will be based on regular hotel space and rate availability.
Guest Dining Packages
A guest can join you and enjoy the excitement of Las Vegas from the relaxing atmosphere
of Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa. Guest Packages allow your visitor to join you at
the Welcome Reception and Summit meals on the Green Valley Ranch premises. While attendees
are participating in Summit Sessions, guests can pamper themselves at the Spa, shop and dine
at the District adjacent to Green Valley Ranch, enjoy golf at one of the nearby championship
golf courses, or take advantage of shuttle transportation to the Las Vegas Strip.
Gamers can not only take advantage of the activities available on the Strip, but also
enjoy the European-inspired casino without leaving the Green Valley Ranch grounds.
Whatever pastimes your guest enjoys, endless entertainment opportunities await.
